How a project works
Discovery call
We talk about your business and what's actually getting in the way, whether that's not having a site, messy email, or no idea what your numbers are doing.
Scope and quote
You get it in writing: what I'd do, what it costs, and how long it takes. Nothing starts until you're happy with it.
Build
The work itself: the site, the Microsoft 365 setup, the dashboard, the systems clean-up, or some combination.
Handover
It goes live. If you want to run it yourself from there, I'll show you how and hand the keys over. If you'd rather not have to think about it, I stay in charge of it. That's a normal way to work, not an upsell.
Ongoing
Help with the rest of the stack as you need it. Most people start with one thing and add others later.

I’m David, a data and technology professional who builds practical digital solutions for small businesses and founders.
My background spans quality assurance, data analysis, and full-stack development. I hold an MSc in Data Science and have led quality monitoring and process improvement work for a UK organisation, alongside freelance web development and analytics projects for clients through Fiverr, building dashboards, automating reporting, and developing responsive web applications with React and Node.js.
I like solving real problems: turning messy data into a dashboard someone actually checks every week, fixing a workflow that’s been quietly wasting time, or building a site that does its job without fuss. Whether it’s your first website or your fifth system that needs cleaning up, I bring the same practical, detail-first approach.
